September 4 & 5, 2005 Labor Day Weekend Chen Si Tan Taiji Sword Workshop Details: Learn Taiji sword from China's famous Prince of Taiji: CHEN Si Tan. Step-by-step instruction with fine detail. Learn the rules and the "know how" to do Taiji elegantly with strength and internal power. Topic: The origin of Taiji, its development, Taiji and its health benefit, the yin yang theory, and essential rules & techniques of learning Taiji with grace and strength. You may also ask any question you want during the lecture time.
