60-day Membership Discount Offer by October 31, 2003..Don’t Miss It!

During the USAWKF Board Meeting in late July 2003, the Board has decided to make the following changes to the current membership status and categories. One of the most significant changes is that the USAWKF now offers Lifetime Membership for Individual and Schools. This offer will greatly benefit individuals and school members, especially if you wish to take advantage of the first 60-day discount offer, which expires on October 31, 2003. In addition, for your convenience, you may pay for your membership online with a credit/debit card through the use of PayPal. The current membership structure and the 60-day discount offer is as follows:

A. The fee structure for the Individual Membership are as follows:

  1. Individual Annual $25.00
  2. Individual Lifetime $250.00
  3. Lifetime Individual 60-day discount by 10-31-03 will be $195.00 !! (minus $25.00 if you are a current individual member and $39.00 if you are a current competitor member)

B. The fee structure for the Family Membership is as follows:

  1. First person pays full price of Individual Membership $25.00
    - Each additional family member receives 40% off ($15.00)
  2. Lifetime Family (1st person) membership $250.0
    - Each additional family member lifetime $150.00
  3. Lifetime Family (1st person) 60-day discount by 10-31-03 will be $195.00!! (minus $25.00 if you are a current individual member)

    Lifetime Family (each additional member) 60-day discount by 10-31-03 will be $117.00!! (minus $15.00 if you are a current family additional member)

C. The fee structure for the School Membership is as follows:

    1. School Annual $100.00

      - Each additional student annual $19.00 (must be submitted by school)

    2. School Lifetime $500.00 - (includes 5 individual lifetime memberships, including lifetime membership for school owner)

      - Each additional student lifetime $190.00 (must be submitted by school)

    3. Lifetime School 60-day discount by 10-31-03 will be $395.00!! (minus $100.00 of you are a current school member) - includes 5 individual lifetime memberships, including lifetime membership for school owner

      Lifetime School (each additional student) 60-day discount by 10-31-03 will be $150.00!! (minus $19.00 if you are a current additional student member)


    *Each student must submit a separate individual membership form along with the group registration form, which will be provided to the school owner by USAWKF.

D. The fee structure for the International Associate Membership (individuals outside the US) is as follows:

  1. International Associate Annual $39.00
  2. International Associate Lifetime $390.00
  3. Lifetime International Associate 60-day discount by 10-31-03 will be $295!! (minus $39.00 if you have a current membership)

E. The fee structure for the International Associate School Membership (schools outside the US) is as follows:
  1. International Associate School Membership Annual $125.00
  2. International Associate School Lifetime Membership $595.00
  3. Lifetime International Associate School 60-day discount by 10-31-03 will be $450.00!! (minus $125.00 if you have a current school membership)

Please note that the Competitor Membership has been eliminated beginning September 1, 2003, however current competitor members will receive a $39.00 discount if you upgrade to lifetime membership.
