2006 USAWKF Events

Dear Members:

It is our pleasure to inform you of the following events which will be held this year. Additional information about these events are listed in the event section of the USAWKF website (www.usawkf.org), and will be updated regularly. As usual, we will send out notices and updates to our current members. We hope that you will take advantage of your membership benefit and participate in these events actively.

For those who are attending the Junior team trials please note the following: i) discounted rate at the Greenbelt Marriott is available until April 21, ii) the registration deadline is May 6 iii) all athletes who participated in past world championships can compete in the World Junior Wushu Championship iv) the correct version of Group B Changquan is now posted on the website. 2. 2006 USAWKF Nationals & 4th International Chicago Wushu-Gongfu Tournament, June 23-25, 2006, Chicago, Illinois.
3. 2006 International Wushu Coaches Training Course, July 17-22, Beijing , China.
4. 6th Pan American Wushu Championships, July 21-23, 2006, Toronto, Canada.
5. 1st World Junior Wushu Championships, August 19-26, 2006, Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia.
6. US National Martial Arts Tournament, September 9-10, 2006, Houston, Texas.
7. 2nd World Traditional Wushu Festival, October 14-19 2006, Zhengzhou City , China.
8. 3rd Sanshou World Cup, Date TBA, China.
