Sifu Rick Panico

Sifu Rick Panico studied Hung Gar Kung Fu under Sifu Cheung Shu Pui of Hong Kong from 1974 to 1983 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1980, he participated in a major demonstration in Wan Chai Hong Kong stadium, fighting and winning a full-contact bout by a unanimous decision. Sifu Panico began teaching Hung Gar in Pennsylvania and Maryland in 1984. He is noted noted for bringing Hung Gar to the area where he currently teaches in Mooresville, North Carolina. He is a co-founding member and former president of the Carolina Association of Chinese Martial Arts (CACMA).
